Aasiri Wickremage
Aasiri's practice revolves around how she perceive different landscapes and spaces. She identifies with them at an emotional level such as a historical significance or a personal experience and interpret it in conceptual manner in her work. As a Sri Lankan born artist and having lived in and absorbed many Asian cultures, her work is directly inspired by asian art and architecture and their cultural significance.
