Original oil on Canvas in a pale painted, hardwood, box frame.    45cms x 35cms of the Tanguerra, Argentine Tango.  From sketches of the `Tango Fire` troop a couple are frozen momentarily in a line figure, movement, sound and emotion colliding.

As a Professional Dancer and Artist, visits to dance events to sketch the flight, drama and sensuality do not cease.  This time, inspired by the show at the Derngate Theatre, the painting captures a moment of stillness and intimacy in a dance filled with excitement and movement.  The power of dance to move and transcend is one of Badhams thrusts in his artwork from his own very personal understanding.
