For details on how your work will be shipped, please visit the specific webpage for the particular artwork you are interested in on our website or feel free to contact Laura I. Art gallery via telephone or email. Each item ships directly from the artist themselves, so it will vary depending upon how the artist plans to ship it. Please see below the typical shipment methods:
Cardboard box shipping
The item will ship flat in a sturdy and well-protected cardboard box. We work with our artists every step of the way to ensure that works are shipped according to our very high standards. Expect your artwork to arrive with plenty of support packaged in to make its journey as safe as it can be..
Crate shipping
The item will ship in a wooden crate,. The crate will contain packaging materials that meet our strict standards to keep it firmly in place and sealed tightly during its journey.
Tube shipping
The item will arrive rolled in a dent-resistant tube. This method is especially recommended for oversized works and also provides lower shipping costsl. Rolled works can be easily stretched (i.e., they can be placed onto wooden stretcher bars) and/or framed by a local framer upon arrival. Upon the immediate delivery of the work, we highly recommend you send it directly to your framer for a cautious, professional unrolling of the artwork.
Credit Card Issues
If your credit card is being declined during your purchase, please try out our troubleshooting tips below. If you still experience any problems, we advise that you contact your bank or credit card provider and ask for their advice.
Did your billing address recently change? Did you enter the CVV code correctly? Did you recently get a new card with a new expiration date?
Review your bank’s fraud-aware policies
Your bank will likely flag any suspicious activity on your account, which could include first-time orders or especially high-value purchases (regardless of the available funds on the card)—particularlly those made online. Your bank may then require you to contact them and authorise the purchase, before they allow you to complete the transaction.
Review your bank’s daily withdrawal limit policy
Most banks have a limit on how much you can charge on your card in one day. If you were to reach this limit, your bank could block your account from any further activity for the day, regardless of the funds available in the account.
PayPal Issues
PayPal has various security measures put in place to protect their users from fraudulent activity. For this reason, PayPal can occasionally prohibit a buyer from submitting paymenst. If you’re experiencing issues when using your PayPal account, please contact PayPal directly for help, or visit their website for troubleshooting information.
Alternatively, you may choose a different payment method. If you’d like assistance, please call us +447979683901 between the hours of 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday to Saturday, or email info@lauraigallery.com
