Biography

​Naasirah Ayesha Ramjan is a British-Mauritian artist who was born on the Island of Mauritius. She grew up and resides in the United Kingdom. She completed a CCW foundation diploma in Art & Design at the University of the Arts London (2013) and completed BA Fine Art at Goldsmiths, University of London (2017).
 
She has showcased her works locally and is yet to exhibit more of her works to the world. “I see my work as a mirror, I watch the current state of our world’s reality and looking back at the reflection, our future. I want my works to be known to the world, for the viewers to be aware of how our environment is becoming modern and the old is disappearing, if we do not take care of it well.”
