Description

The inspiration for the work is based on Celeste (of heaven) as a joyful meditation.  This work was made digitally before printing onto metal.  Like all my work the result arises from a random drawing as a starting point which I view as a thought pattern which is representative of my conscious state when I am working.  The journey through aesthetic choices made from decisions taken on colour, form and spatial interaction,  is to find as in this case, a harmonic pulsating energy that possesses the potential of a pattern of consciousness.  A peaceful harmonic of completion and fulfilment enriches and speaks to the soul of the viewer, to offer the experience of inner solace from viewing this work, in contrast to the backdrop of the chaotic and challenging world we inhabit.
