Description

This work shows how our modern world is taking over the old. The stones of Stonehenge, fragile and is protected by the ocean, fading away as the city of London is slowly over taking with its tall sky scrapers and buildings which becomes futuristic.

Georgian oil paints combined with Liquin original medium to enhance the colours and gloss of oil paints. Two layers of varnish added to the artwork to protect from dust and creates a final gloss finish. Hand-stretched on canvas (high quality medium cotton duck of 339gsm) onto high quality European pine wooden stretcher bars.
