Multi- Award-Winning Laura I. Art Gallery is proud to organise and host this event to launch their fourth solo exhibition of this year,”Hollowed Landscapes,An Epoch of Color” which celebrates the fantastic work of Glenn Badham.
The gallery has adapted incredibly to the current epidemic challenges taking an innovative approach when organising their events and moved their attention to the digital platform. With this, Laura. I Gallery is excited to invite you to join us, online, in a conversation about the place of art in the national understandings of the landscape now and the impact it has on our cultural identity.
The depiction of landscape in art has played a major role in the creation of cultural identities.
Glenn`s paintings identifies the literal and metaphorical landmarks, values, and secrets around which the territory unites and made us as questions what landscapes mean to us, how can we look at them and recognised our heritage.
The launch will be hosted on zoom but the exhibition is curated on Artsy, the top leading art platform for art galleries and museums in the world.
