Your original painting will be shipping from UKRAINE with DHL (8-15 days worldwide shipping). After your order has been shipped, you will get a personal tracking number to track your parcel.

Please note there may be a small chance that a parcel could get stuck at customs for up to 6 weeks. This is very rare and unfortunately completely out too my control.

Refund Policy

Return requests should be submitted within the return period(s) listed below:
Original Artwork: 7 calendar days from the date of delivery

- Return requests received outside of the stated return period(s) will not be accepted
- Return artworks must be shipped in their original packaging (including all accompanying certificates that came with the order)
- Customers are responsible for their return shipping costs, unless otherwise stated
- Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment, once the artist receives their artwork back
- All refunds will be subject to the exchange rate at the time of processing and funds will be remitted in the UK
- Special Collection, Limited Edition and eGift Cards are FINAL SALE and thus are not eligible for returns

Returns will not be accepted for any artwork that has been stretched, cropped or altered in any capacity after their purchase
