Description

As a starting point in making this painting, she chose Adriatic landscapes, from her homeland. The main preoccupation while creating this work was dynamic between tones of blue and yellow/ orange. Playing with different rectangular shapes, the intention was to create a kind of movement of the water and also reflection and relation to other elements on the canvas. It seems that all parts are moving except three dark tree trunks that intersect the canvas along the entire height.

This painting was created using artist-quality Liquitex acrylic. The canvas is stretched on a wooden frame and the artwork is ready to hang. Framing is not required.

A thin layer of varnish protects the artwork against UV light and dust.

The painting is signed in the front and also on the back of the canvas.
