This work is part of a series of bird portraits “Superstars Identities”, following iconic identities resembling superstars of our culture. “Legionnaire” is “Le Coq Franchise” with a simple straight look that brings along an entire francophone cultural movement embracing the planet, giving us the beauty and the joy of the “unexpected”.
The work is part of the series of bird portraits, here the bold look of the pigeon captivates through the contrasting colors of the feathers that reminds us beyond the natural occurrence, the tools emerging into the medium of computer programming that could eventually define our genetic development.
From the “Memorabilia” series, where objects meaningless to others, come to life with strong feelings conjuring and awakening unseen potentials from the depth of time; comes “Yellow Edition” with a working scene in an art studio with a Red Bull drink and pencil shaves built in a citadel like structure in a small jar, visually leading to the Yellow Edition point of attraction.
