I feel that art gives me a freedom of expression. Escaping the world and life around me. Whilst allowing my emotions and feelings to colourfully translate, I how I feel to the viewer.
Influential to me has been graffiti. Seen on the tube train. Not just the culture with both music & society, but the confident, almost cocky and convicted approach. As I’ve developed, as an artist. And been through life & schooling. Van Gogh, Basquiat and Picasso. Have been influential, as you can probably see, in my work. Without my even noticing, or maybe I’m just me. And have something in common. Although apart from my B.A. Fine Art Degree, my only accolade is being acknowledged by saatchiart.com and having a collection featured in the top one hundred, some time ago.
