Artist Statement

Joanna Wietrzycka was born in 1978 in Rymanów, a small town in Poland. She has always liked to create and paint. She graduated the Faculty of Architecture at the Cracow University of Technology and Cracow School of Art and Fashion Design.

She worked as a fashion designer and an interior architect. Research in art led her to express herself in painting. Now she is a full time artist. She often uses her professional experience and view of the world in her artworks.
Joanna’s paintings took part in many pre-auction exhibitions in Poland and virtual exhibitions abroad, such as:
