This painting on paper depicts a gently energetic interaction through use of colour, form and contrasting pattern formulations to create the birthing of an energetic emblem for nature suspended within, behind and in front of two overlapping diamond shapes. From my “thought pattern” series of work, this optical and colourful acrylic painting gentility pulsates energy almost hypnotically. However you experience this painting its existence triggers a peaceful, joyful contemplation in the viewer, offering a welcome retreat from the busy nature of modern living.
